The app and a cheap NFC sticker (NTAG213/215/216). Stick it anywhere — desk, wall, nightstand. You can also skip tags and use timers or schedules instead.
02Can I bypass the block in an emergency?
Yes. There's an emergency exit for when you truly need your phone. Strict mode makes it deliberately harder — that's the point.
